Bioparc is located in the centre of Fuengirola close to the river and only a short walk from the promenade and shopping areas.

Its central location makes it easy to combine with shopping, restaurants, or a walk around Fuengirola town.

3. Opening Times & Accessibility

Bioparc is open every day of the year from 10:00 AM.

Closing times vary throughout the year depending on daylight hours, ranging from:

  • 18:00 during winter months
  • 23:00 during July and August

Last entry is permitted one hour before closing time.

The park is generally wheelchair friendly with accessible pathways throughout most areas.

There are several parking options close to Bioparc, including underground paid parking in the town centre and nearby street parking. During busy holiday periods parking can become limited, so arriving earlier in the day is recommended.

If you do not want to drive into central Fuengirola, parking near Castillo Sohail and walking along the river is another option.

  • From Benalmádena / Torremolinos / Málaga:
    Take the Cercanías Málaga C1 line to Fuengirola station. Bioparc is around a 10-minute walk from the station and bus terminal.
  • From Marbella or La Cala de Mijas:
    Local buses stop close to the centre of Fuengirola within walking distance of the park.
  • On foot:
    Easy walking access from most parts of central Fuengirola and the promenade.
