The Bullring in Estepona, constructed in 1972, serves as more than just a venue for traditional bullfights. While it does host approximately 17 bullfighting events annually, its multifaceted role extends far beyond this.
Throughout the summer months, the bullring transforms into an open-air concert venue, drawing both local and international talent. In the past, renowned bands such as Kool and the Gang, Boney M, and ELO have graced the stage here, making it a hot spot for music enthusiasts during the summer season.
Notably, the bullring also houses three captivating museums that add to its cultural appeal. The first museum is dedicated to the rich history of bullfighting, providing insights into the centuries-old tradition.
