Corpus Christi in Benalmadena Pueblo is a great event. The streets are carpeted with flower petals, all of the floral designs are amazing. The Corpus Christi in Benalmadena Pueblo is considered one on the best in the province.

The Corpus Christi is on the ninth Sunday after Easter every year starting at noon. but get there early to see the floral designs. At noon a procession walks through the floral display.It is held all around the village but the centre is a good place to start. 2023 date is 18/06/2023

The night of San Juan. On the evening of 23rd and early morning of 24th of June all the coastal towns & villages celebrate San Juan. At dusk the beaches start to fill up, fire's are started and are allowed for one night only, music is played and this carry's on until the early hours of the next day. There two key aspects of San Juan night, fire and water. The fire jumping is followed by swimming as people walk backwards into the sea to 'cleanse' their souls and bring good health for the year ahead - although many are happy enough to simply paddle at the water's edge. The Fair of San Juan. Some towns just cannot stop partying after San Juan and Benalmadena is one of them. There are two fairs one behind the train station during the day 12:00 to 7:00pm and one in the car park at Paloma park in the evening from 7:00pm to 4:00 am.
